Hotel La Laguna Spa & Golf, Ciudad Quesada

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable with a nice pool view and two balconies, but the lack of tea, coffee, or a proper minibar was a downside. The location was beautiful and clean overall, though some rooms were left uncleaned during my stay. The dining options were simple but satisfactory, and the pool area was stunning despite the icy water.

The hotel was nicely roomy, with tea making facilities though disappointed with limited supplies. The service was amazing and attentive despite some focus on payment. The location was ideal for our needs, near a beautiful but unattended natural wonder. The dining was decent but could be improved. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit dated but spacious, and unfortunately, noise from construction above was a daily disturbance. On the bright side, the gardens outside the rooms were lovely, and the hotel was conveniently located above a function. The service was mostly excellent and accommodating, with a slight hiccup when my lady friend was insulted by a staff member who failed to apologize. The location was just right for exploring, with great restaurants nearby, but some comfort issues like limited seating and allowance for smoking.
